Excellent location in a quiet residential area extremely close to town, cafes, restaurants, parks, supermarkets - everything you could possibly need. We stayed in high winter and it was very well heated - always came home to a toasty warm environment. The beds/pillows were excellent. Kitchen well equipped. We didn’t use it but the outdoor area was also very lovely. Heaps of space in rooms and living area. Modern, clean bathroom, also with plenty of space. Never has a problem finding a car park on the street close to the property even late at night. The owner was extremely responsive when we had a question.

Excellent location, near parks, footy ground, trams and cafes. Pickup/transport was excellent. No issues at all with collection of keys. Ample street parking (parking permit provided). Very well stocked. Lovely back garden. Very quite at nighttime and safe. very warm in psite of cold weather, and so on!

Well appointed home throughout. Light and airy. All that you need for a great stay in Melbourne. Very responsive host. Great location near Princes Park and for the 1 or 5 tram into the City.
