Coastal Village An Bàng Hội An

This place is amazing. A home away from home. Chic, great pool, great design, great amenities (the pool, the bathrooms, the kitchen!), and fantastic host. Truly one of the best hosts I have encountered in all my travels. Communication was clear, friendly, and so helpful. The place itself is gorgeous, comfortable, and the perfect location near the beach - while also a stones throw away to the rice fields and Old Town. Our group enjoyed our stay here so much, wish we could have stayed longer. At one point we noticed one of the rooms didn't have hot water, and they sent someone within 10 minutes (!) to resolve the issue. We also had a stressful personal situation at the airport, and without hesitation, the host texted with me and found a solution for us immediately... all with a smile on her face which really was appreciated -- I am beyond grateful for the level of professional service and hospitality. The host also set up a ride at fair price for us to and from Danang airport. Also, last minute, she was able to get us motorbikes which were quality & fairly priced. I cannot speak enough about how impressed we were with our stay. Thank you Hien! Hope to see you again soon.

Didn't like it when we had to leave. Wish we could have stayed longer!

숙소가 정말 깨끗해서 재방문 하고싶고 침구도 정말 깨끗했어요! 특히 주방시설 신경을 많이 써주셔서 다인가족 식기 부족함이 없어요. 욕실에 따뜻한 물도 잘 나와요! 특히 호스트님과 직원분이 질문을 잘 응대해주셔서 여행 도움되고 수영장이 생각보다 커서 좋았어요!

미니 각티슈같은 게 침대 옆 탁자에 있으면 좋을 것 같아요.

The villa is beautiful and the pool was excellent. The location allowed for a 5-8 min walk to the beach but also quick access to cars or bikes to head into old town.

The staff. The woman who runs the property did not alert us beforehand that we needed to pay upfront in cash. If you’ve ever been to A Bang beach, you know a working atm is hard to find and one that gives out more than 2 million at a time is more difficult. This made the first few hours of our trip unnecessarily difficult and stressful. Being that this was not my first time visiting Hoi An/A Bang, I had a good idea of the activities my group would partake in. I made it clear to the woman that we did not want to partake in boat rides or any novel tourist activity except going to the tailors in town. Despite this, she continued to try to get us to sign up for activities that we were not interested in. We allowed her to bring us to a tailor who was her family. She promised we would get the best price price but they actually tried to upcharge my whole group. Only because I had been there before and gone through the process of tailoring, did I know what a reasonable price was. We had to ask several times for more toilet paper which was confusing as to why she was being so stingy with it. There was 6 of us there for 5 days. Finally, when we rented bikes, she never gave us a price or told us it wasn’t included with the villa. When we checked out a bit earlier than expected, she was furious that was didn’t pay for the bikes. We had to pay a driver to bring her cash from de nang. Clearly this woman has communication issues. She’s very hot and cold.
