Blissful place, close enough to walk to the Old Town but far enough away to be peaceful. Great rooms, plenty of space and the comfiest beds we’ve stayed in so far in Vietnam. Amazing staff, delicious and varied breakfast, big, clean pool… just fabulous. Thank you

Very welcoming owners/ staff. Great assistance with what to see and do and booking of tours.
The property is well located along the river with a short walk to old town. Plenty of good food options nearby. Breakfast at the property was great. Free bikes terrific for exploring
Would recommend a stay here, for sure. Not too many rooms which is a good thing and excellent pool for cooling off

The location is quit a walk away from the old city and activities. Quiet
The location is a bit too far away especially if you don't ride a bike. The bathroom is grimy and not ventilated - smelled dampness and the toilet papers were damp. We found a centipede on the floor in the bathroom - it was a bit shock especially when you were bare foot in the room
