The Funky Robin - Whitby

Could not fault the Funky Robin, apartment was good size and great location.

Key box, I could not open it upon leaving. Had to put key under the door.

Great location. Walking distance to all attractions and town

With how hot the weather has been It was hard to cool the place down. A fan would have possibly helped.

Location was excellent close to west cliff. Communication with host was excellent too

WiFi was very poor but I think that’s down to the area

Nice amount of space, this apartment was clean and had a great bed. It was located in a good neighborhood, near enough to walk everywhere, and the parking pass was good to have.

While it was overall a good place, having stayed in many Airbnb and VRBO accommodations including other places in the UK, we were surprised to find that there were no standard amenities. No body wash, shampoo, soap other than one little bar, paper towels, napkins, kleenex, coffee or tea, and no coffee maker despite there being one in the description. We did contact the hosts who said they would provide a welcome pack of tea, but it didn't arrive (we did leave the key in the box daily as requested). other than that it was a good stay.
