Sunset View

Location very good. Apartment comfortable.

Tricky getting in but once worked out, ok. Parking bollards not in straight line at back, ok if you have a small car but not if it’s a larger vehicle. A full length mirror in bedroom pls? Cobwebs along ceilings. Untidy frontage.

Apartment was very clean and comfortable. Lovely view across the bay. About a 15minute walk to the centre.it is very hilly so not suitable for everyone.

Couldn’t regulate the shower very well and there were no instructions. Couldn’t work the tv very well, as you can see I’m not very tech savvy 😂

lovely little apartment, very comfortable bed, kitchen and bathroom had everything you needed, great to be able to see the ocean from the windows

Good location, seaviews and great for people watching on the West Cliff, kitchen facilities modern and fairly new, large modern TV, had a private parking space at rear of property. The Bathroom was modern and presented well.

A shame that the other areas of the property ie hallways, entrance doors are shabby and not maintained to the standard expected, understanding that there are other landlords using this property and would be challenging to get everyone to agree on maintenance and repairs/improvements. Unfortunately the water heater that supplies hot water to the kitchen sink and bathroom washbasin didn't work for the duration of our stay, this should have been noticed by the cleaner prior to our arrival!! Fortunately the shower did work from its own electric shower unit and the kitchen kettle was used......a lot. Decided not to report it because didn't want to be hassled with plumbers and time wasting hanging around to get the job done! On arrival I would have said that a previous guest had a dog, as there was a very noticable smell resembling a dog smell, as this is advertised as a no pets place i was a bit concerned, however after a few days I came to the conclusion that the smell was probably due to the disgusting dirty vacuum cleaner being used prior to our arrival. The mattress was a coil sprung type that has definitely seen better days, it sloped and sagged in areas making an uncomfortable night sleep. This flat could be so much better if the bad points were addressed and more care given to the overall cleaning of the place, and the owner agreed to have the windows cleaned so the views could be enjoyed even more!!
