No welcome book with wi fi details. Local restaurant recommendations etc. Difficult to find the entrance to the description on booking.com

Stayed for the week as working nearby. The apartment was fab and very much felt like a home from home with everything you needed. Gated parking included and around 20mins walk into chester city centre but there are shops and other facilites on the doorstep. I would stay here again if coming to Chester highly recommended

The apartment was wonderful, very clean and spacious, the kitchen was very well equipped, plenty of towels. The apartment is designed very well there was zero noise from the road outside and not much noise from other apartments (the odd door closing). The bed in the living room had a lovely firm matress. The location was great, not far into chester centre and close to a number of shops and supermarkets. Great parking and access was easy. I'd be very happy to stay here again. Thank you 😊

Not much really,. I did message with some questions and recieved no reply which was slightly disappointing but I worked things out for my self. I had to unblock the sink in the bathroom which didn't take me long so i didn't bother messaging the hosts. The mattress in the bedroom was quite soft but that could be a positive for someone else.

We planned a two night stay with our 17 month old, but decided to extend due the apartment being perfectly located and catering to all of our needs! Hosts were helpful and responsive. We will definitely be returning.
