Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, wszędzie było blisko. Cicha i spokojna okolica. Dookoła dużo sklepów i lokali gastronomicznych. Mieszkanie przestronne z fajnym tarasem. Dobra klimatyzacja i wyposażenie. Spędziliśmy super czas. Kontakt w właścicielem też na duży plus, był bardzo pomocny.
Mieszkanie znajduje się w kamienicy na 3 piętrze (dość wysokie schody) co może być utrudnieniem dla rodzin z małymi dziećmi lub osób z trudnościami w poruszaniu się. Dla nas to nie był problem.

Skvely byt pro rodinu. Terasa. Klidna lokalita. Pekarna dole v dome - lokalni, dobra, velmi mili lide.
Dal od hlavniho vlakoveho nadrazi - s detmi to bylo horsi. Ale to jsme vedeli predem. Vyslap az do 4. patra bez vytahu - ale zvladlo se.

So the propety is really nice, big, comfortable, stylish, large terrace. Big kitchen. We felt like home. Terrace has flowers, so it was every morning routine for kids to check them. Apartment had toys, tools for painting, soft toys, so kids were very comfortable staying there. Extremely enjoyed the terrace, had all you need there. The place of apartment is really good. Very very close to the park.
Well, for us with two 1,5 year kids the stairs was the worst part of all the journey. They are very steep, floors are probably all with high ceilings, so you feel extremelly tired going up and down those stairs. Sometimes you consider not going out or just down to a shop just because of the stairs. There is no elevator, so with kids I would not go for it. Anyway, we came back in a really good shape.

Die Wohnung ist völler Licht, sehr schön eingerichtet, alle Räume haben eine gute Große, in der Küche findet man alles was man braucht, alle Geräte voll funktionstüchtig. Die Terrasse ist schön bepflanzt, mit viel Privatsphäre kann man hier die Zeit draußen nutzen. Die Bilder entsprechen der Realität vor Ort.
Ziemlich hohe 3. Etage ohne Aufzug, könnte für Personen, die nicht fit sind, ein Problem darstellen. Fernsehen kann man nur mit eigenem Amazon Account nutzen.
