The Flat - Brand new renovation in amazing location

Very central and very clean

Would have been nice if there was a nespresso type of a coffee machine.

Lovely, clean flat - really well equipped with appliances (washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, toaster, 3 TVs, fridge with water dispenser etc), WiFi, plus tea, coffee, milk, handwash, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets etc. Comfy sofa and beds, and a nice sunny outdoor space. Great location - 10 min walk to the beach and several places to eat nearby, shop less than 10 mins walk away also. We had a meal at the Taphouse next door which was lovely with a great atmosphere. The cove is beautiful - sandy beach also with rockpools and caves. There are parking spaces opposite if you're lucky and get a space. 12 minute drive from Perranporth beach which was also lovely and a bit more going on.

Expect some noise as above/next to a cafe with early morning deliveries, emptying glass bottles, people sat outside enjoying themselves - it was hot so we had to keep the windows open but probably not too bad if you can close them. Had to park quite a way up the steep hill but to be expected in these places, at least it was free! Try not to bump your head too much like I did when going onto the outdoor area!

Very thoughtful that tea, coffee and milk were ready for our arrival. Beautiful conversion. Courtyard garden. Great facilities. Good eating places nearby.

One double and one twin room would be more versatile for different groups.

First impressions, it really had the 'wow' factor. Aesthetically pleasing - good on the eye. Fabulous location, albeit rather noisy in the evenings and early mornings, due to dustbin lorries/ deliveries

There was no coffee/tea/ milk that would have been a nice touch, and a coffee machine would have been most welcome. It also lacked kitchen essentials, such as kitchen roll, foil, etc. I was sent the incorrect number for the key pad and had to call someone to come and open the door for us. All of the pictures and mirrors were hung using velcro, which proved to be dangerous and to be candid , utterly useless. The hooks on the bathroom door could not even hold the towels. Unfortunately, due to the strange use of velcro, a very large mirror fell off the wall and injured one of the guests. She sustained a minor but nonetheless nasty injury to her elbow.
