Very comfortable and in a very convenient spot.

Emails confusing pre arrival. Requested clarity on Thursday from property manager Kate, regarding conflicting departure times and removal of rubbish. We didnt get a response. We thought this was poor, given everything else was great.

Perfect accommodation for our stay - very comfortable with everything we needed and a great location

Great facilities and high-quality appliances. Generous sized rooms, all well-equipped. I was very impressed that the owner took the time to check that we were ok as there was a major storm on the weekend we were there.

The weather - there wasn't anything I didn't like about the accommodation.

Fabulous location and facilities but noisy.

The Flat is very comfortable and well equipped. It has everything you could need for your stay. You could cook if you wanted but with so many choices on your doorstep, I don’t imagine many guests do actually cook. Tea, coffee, sugar and milk are also provided.

As other guests have said, a fabulous location but with that comes noise. It’s a very busy little area.

I had an absolute amazing week in the flat and felt like at home from the beginning.

My stay in the flat was absolutely amazing. It has everything you need to feel cosy and like at home. It was absolutely clean, the kitchen has everything you need (including oil, salt, pepper and milk) and the tumble drier was an extra plus in the damp Cornish weather. The owner even checked in by email during the stay to make sure everything is fine. It makes you feel welcome and like at home in St Agnes and Peterville.

Everything was really great! Even the music from the bar was not an issue. During the week it typically stopped before 11pm and I slept with open window. During the weekend it can go until ~12, but with closed windows it’s ok to sleep.

Amazing location and decor! Ideal if you want to hang out ar the Taphouse!

Decor. equipment and cleanliness were first class! Location was perfect for access to shops, cafes and beach. Love the little details like phone chargers by the beds, black out blinds and code (no keys to lose) to access the property.

It was Carnival weekend when we stayed. Whilst it was great fun, my young son was travelling with us and the party continued at the Taphouse, downstairs until 2am and we were then woken by deliveries at 7am … in fairness, the landlord did warn us and provide earplugs but it was bit much for us. I’d def stay again at the weekend (without a young family) or midweek with the family when it was much quieter.

Highs and lows!!

First impressions, it really had the 'wow' factor. Aesthetically pleasing - good on the eye. Fabulous location, albeit rather noisy in the evenings and early mornings, due to dustbin lorries/ deliveries

There was no coffee/tea/ milk that would have been a nice touch, and a coffee machine would have been most welcome. It also lacked kitchen essentials, such as kitchen roll, foil, etc. I was sent the incorrect number for the key pad and had to call someone to come and open the door for us. All of the pictures and mirrors were hung using velcro, which proved to be dangerous and to be candid , utterly useless. The hooks on the bathroom door could not even hold the towels. Unfortunately, due to the strange use of velcro, a very large mirror fell off the wall and injured one of the guests. She sustained a minor but nonetheless nasty injury to her elbow.

An awesome flat in the heart of St. Agnes

The perfect location for exploring beautiful St. Agnes (town centre and beach) and a great base for travelling around central Cornwall. Having The Green Room cafe and The Taphouse bar & restaurant (excellent poke bowls!) seconds away was a bonus too! Definitely worth checking out Cafe Q and Shellfish Beach Deli too if you get a chance. And the coffee at The Sorting Office is superb. The flat is modern and funky and has a really cool vibe, and it's pretty much soundproof so no worries with having a vibrant bar next door. There's also a little sun terrace which we made the most of as the weather was awesome throughout our stay. It's clearly a new renovation as everything was super-clean, high-quality and in tip-top condition. We particularly liked the decor in the bathroom and the walk-in shower. We were travelling as a couple but the flat would accommodate 2 couples if you don't mind sharing a bathroom. It's in close proximity to several excellent places to eat but there's a fully equipped kitchen if you prefer self-catering. We didn't struggle to park either so our stay was stress-free and very enjoyable. We'll certainly stay again when we're next in St. Agnes.

The double bed was a little on the small side so if you're used to a king-size, you might find it a bit too cosy! And the smart lock is on the door handle. We didn't realise that when we first arrived and it took a while to figure out. It's pretty cool when it talks to you though!

All of it, it was stunning and clean and well looked after, comfortable, warm, quiet and exceptional! The cafe underneath is the greenroom cafe which is worth a visit the owner and food is amazing
