    Great bolt hole in a super part of Cornwall!
    Tasteful decor, quiet location, close to SW Coast Path and 10 mins walk to the beach. Comfortable beds and great outside space for evening dining. Great places to eat out nearby, pizzas down at the beachfront and pasties from the bakery highly recommended. Kids and dogs had a great time!
    We found the accommodation to be a bit too warm on arrival, but that's personal preference and we did visit during a warm, wet spell in winter.

    Enjoyable stay, terrible weather (Storm Ingrid !)
    Good location close to the centre of the village of St. Agnes. Warm, comfortable and clean. Everything we needed was supplied. Our son was running the "Arc of Attrition" 100 mile South West Coast path race and the location was excellent for getting to all the various checkpoints along the coast line.
    Surprised to find washing machine was on, when we arrived with bedding on a wash cycle.. Not a big issue at all, but we removed it, dried it and folded it. I would also advise anyone leaving the premises in the dark to take care with the tall wooden gate at the side of the property. Access to the property is through this gate to the back door. Coming out the gate opens towards you and has a large metal latch at eye level that slammed into my face. My fault i suppose but couldn't see it as it was dark.

    Quiet place, well equipped kitchen, fire place outside with discreet light, possibility to eat in the garden, parking place.
    Due to poor ventilation in the bathroom, black mold is visible on the walls. Moisture seeps into the carpet in the adjacent room, causing it to rot, which results in a strong musty smell in the bedroom (people with allergies may experience breathing difficulties).

    No soap, body wash, shampoo, tea, coffee or sugar supplied. Location incorrect, 25a trevose close but no sign on property.
