Die attraktive Anlage liegt in einem ruhigen Wohnviertel und die Parkplatzsituation (TG +oberird. Stellplatz) ist entspannt. Alles ist stylish und neu..... In Gehweite (um zwei Ecken) gibt es Möglichkeiten zum Frühstücken und auch eine Bar.
Leider gab es keine Markise am großen Balkon, sodaß es zum Frühstücken am Balkon zu heiß war (August 2026). Die Klimatisierung darf nicht selbsttätig verändert werden (!)

Die Lage, das ein Fahrstuhl vorhanden ist, das Pkw einen sicheren Stellplatz hat, Zugang zur Tiefgarage gerade für Fahrräder optimal, Schlüsselübergabe reibungslos und unkompliziert
hätte sauberer sein können, keine Benutzung im Wohnraum von Heizung im Oktober, keine richtigen Zudecken nur dünne Laken

Modern, szép szállás, remek helyen. Felszereltsége kiváló.
Talán csak annyi, hogy akasztó jó lenne a fürdőszobában. A leírásban szereplő micro pedig nem volt a konyhában.
