Location was good. Communication with the host/management company was good. The home was moderately clean. There were plenty of beds to accommodate our group. The games (foosball, pool, shuffleboard, air hockey) were nice to have for the younger people in our group.
The sheets were not clean. There were stains on some of the sheets. We washed them and the stains came out, but it was pretty icky. The dishwasher was broken. When we called to report that it was broken, they said they were aware that it was broken, but it would have been nice for them to tell us ahead of time. The cooking items (pots, pans, etc) were very worn out and not very usable (thankfully, we brought many of our own pots, pans, knives, etc).
