Giovani was a fantastic host, always around, friendly, and easy to reach whenever we needed anything. The place is just steps from the beach and restaurants, but tucked into the second row, so it stayed nice and quiet. The garden makes it feel like a little green oasis. Mornings are shady, and the sun comes in after 3pm, but there's an umbrella that kept us perfectly covered. Highly recommend!

The property is new and clean. The host is available and pleasant.
The pictures of the building and yard do not show the opposite side where you can see not nice part of the yard. Buildings are not in front beach, instead you are looking at back side of Leon restaurant and few times we smell of barbecue from the restaurant. Access to the beach is not what you expect for this high prices. Houses are too near each other and neighbors wake each other up when they talk
