Appartamento con buone prerogative ma anche grossi problemi.

Buona posizione a pochi metri dalla spiaggia poco affollata, abbastanza vicino alle bellissime spiagge del Sud-Est di Sitonia. Bella terrazza affacciata sul verde e in vista del mare. Soggiorno cucina molto ampio. Tramonto sul mare del residence. Disponibilità nell'appartamento di suppellettili, elettrodomestici, stoviglie, ampio frigo. Ben 4 ventilatori a disposizione, indispensabili. Repellenti per zanzare. Letti alcuni accettabili, altri meno. Il soggiorno è dotato di climatizzatore e ventilatore a soffitto. Solo una stanza da letto ha il climatizzatore, le altre hanno disponibilità di ventilatori. Possibilità di fare la doccia all'aperto.

L'appartamento è molto grande, dispone di 4 stanze però piccole con infissi esterni mal tenuti, lo stesso vale per il soggiorno cucina. La zona è infestata da zanzare, per fortuna gli infissi hanno le zanzariere ma sono piuttosto sconnessi, a parte la porta d'ingresso. Bisogna munirsi di repellenti per insetti, la notte e per poter cenare sul terrazzo. La pulizia dell'appartamento è molto sommaria, la manutenzione scadente. Troppe suppellettili e alcune vecchie o fatiscenti. Il peggio purtroppo sono i 2 bagni, uno a piano terra, senza bidet e con doccia piuttosto piccola, scomoda, con tenda che si appiccica addosso. Il bagno al primo piano è piccolissimo, senza doccia e bidet, molto scomodo e insufficiente. Sconsiglio soggiorni lunghi.
