Garden Level 1BR condo, Central Luxury Suite

Location is fantastic, great amount of space especially when traveling with dogs. Kitchen was well equipped for the things we needed. Beds were comfortable and the management staff were very communicative and helpful. Decor is simple but attractive and everything worked as expected.

The property smells pretty bad. It’s everywhere and honestly was very difficult for us to get over, we did ultimately just deal with it as we had a super busy weekend and really there is nothing that they could have done to remedy the smell in an hour or two. It’s not a “someone just smoked in here” smell, but a “whoever lived here before smoked in here for decades” smell. If you can’t handle that kind of stuff, I would not recommend staying here. Only one large towel and two very small ones available. Felt odd since the condo has two whole beds and crib, would have appreciated two full size towels or a heads up to bring our own.

Bed sheets and floor should have cleaned ; living room was not mopped ; can see dust stuck on our feet when we walked on hard floor on first day; bed sheets were smelling; may be they should have been washed etc Had to use our own bed sheets to sleep

Luxury is an overstatement. Simple lodging with questionable decorating decisions. Both beds in bedroom are full sized don't let the picture trick you. Only 1 thin blanket is provided on each, if you are cold natured bring warm clothes and an extra blanket. Because extra blankets are not easily available. Towels are provided but not hand towels or wash clothes even when requested only more bath towels were given, which was helpful when the toilet overflowed. The dented refrigerator, patched wall and stained countertop in the bathroom, the picture of Robert De Niro and Martin Scorsese in the bedroom, and the bulletin board with check out directions in the dining area all lead to the not so luxury feel. But it is a basic one bedroom condo with responsive hosts.
