About this house rental

Our property has a very cozy and quaint feel. This older home has been reinvented with a large master suite and a guest bedroom that has two beds! This place is perfect for a family and has ample space with modern amenities. It's very pet friendly and has a very large and spacious back yard that is completely fenced in. You will appreciate the space and the easy drive to the beach, UNCW, downtown and other popular hotspots in Wilmington.

We had a wonderful stay! Very close to UNCW for our daughter’s graduation and short drive to downtown Wilmington for dinner or beach visit. The house was very clean and had sheets/towels for an easy long weekend stay. Great back yard for our golden retriever. Beds were comfortable and seating in tv room was comfortable. Parking was convenient for multiple cars. Great stay! Would highly recommend

Excellent location, so close to UNCW, easy short drive to beach, very clean and well maintained, inside of home has very nice renovations, perfect yard for dogs, WiFi worked great, so nice that sheets and towels were provided, would definitely stay here again.
