About this house rental

Newly remodeled interior! Centrally-located making everything convenient! The University, coffee, restaurants, breweries, bars, and shopping are close. Only 5.7 miles from the ILM airport, 3.5 miles from historic downtown , and 5 miles from Wrightsville Beach. One block from the river to the sea bike trail that will guide you to downtown or Wrightsville Beach. Long Leaf Park (free splashpad for kids) and Empie Park are very close. Completely fenced yard w/ doggie door accessible if needed.

The house was perfect! We came in town for a soccer tournament and it was nice to have a quiet and clean place to rest between games. My kids loved the space and it is very well located. Michael was very nice and proactive. Made our stay relaxing!

Quiet neighborhood that's a convenient drive to everything. Perfect location for visiting UNCW. One block off the river to sea bike path, bike to campus in 15 minutes. Also, a couple of good restaurants within walking distance and Reggie's 42nd Street music venue. We're very grateful to find a place that allows big dogs. And a plug for K9 Resort, a ten-minute drive from the house for a pet free day.

Such an adorable house. Nicely renovated. Lots of space with comfy beds. Huge living room TV for down time and close to all the Wilmington things. Host was great at answering questions and super responsive.
