we used this apartment twice - once as a meetup point for 2 couples and then again as a departure point after our trip in southern france. It’s close proximity to St. Charles train station and car rental is exceptional. The apartment is spacious with 2 full bedrooms and bathrooms. Importantly the host Flavie was wonderful- very gracious, helpful and responsive.
I think the only thing that would be a negative would be that the bathrooms could do with some attention as there are exposed pipes and general rundown. We were pre-warned that they are working on the stairs leading to the first floor so we’re not surprised by the support poles.

La décoration et l'agencement de l'appartement, la terrasse 🤩.
Les deux salles de de bain, la qualité du matelas ( pour bien récupérer de la journée 😉).
La proximité pour se rendre sur le vieux port et le centre ville ( 10 min à pied), et aussi de la gare (5 min).
La gentillesse de Flavie.

La casa è veramente accogliente. Tutto è curato nei dettagli, c'è grande disponibilità di utensili in cucina e c'è ampio spazio per almeno 5 persone (ottimo avere due bagni). La grande terrazza è una vera chicca, soprattutto nella bella stagione. Posizione comodissima se si arriva in treno ma in generale abbastanza centrale e quindi comoda per raggiungere tutti i vari punti di interesse (porto vecchio a max 15' a piedi).
In generale tutto è andato molto bene, si potrebbe giusto migliorare l'oscuramento del salotto (se qualcuno dorme nel divano letto le tende fanno passare molta luce), ma è veramente un problema minimo.
