    The toilets are not adequately clean. Frequent cleaning would be highly recommended, especially since they are shared by more than 15 people. Additionally, there is a pervasive smell of cigarette smoke throughout the common areas, hallways, and elevator. Cigarette butts and toilet paper are often found littered in the hallways, which further impacts cleanliness.
