Ancyra Hotel Hanoi

Upon arrival, the staff took our bags up to a very nice room, which would have been perfect. Beds are super comfortable and there are many updates to the decor, particularly the bathrooms. The staff here is fabulous. They helped us with everything we needed, including transportation to Halong bay and great recommendations for coffee and restaurants. The breakfast buffet is very good with lots of fresh fruits, omelettes, western and Vietnamese dishes, fabulous soups and service. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location in the heart of the old quarters. Nicely styled, clean, tidy, soundproof room with comfortable bed, absolutely amazing and trustworthy staff from the manager to front desk/reception, night porter, breakfast staff and housekeeping. Delicious breakfast that catered for everyone.

The staff were warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and breakfast was fresh and satisfying. We also appreciated the help with arranging our transportation. The hospitality really made our stay enjoyable.

It offers convenient access to sightseeing in Hanoi's Old Quarter, especially around the area north of Hoan Kiem Lake. The weekend night market was also nearby, which made getting around easier since we were traveling with children. There were many restaurants nearby, so I didn't have any problems during my stay.
