For a short stay, completely ok.
I only liked the bed (firm mattress)..
The kitchen is greasy, bathroom neglected, although the host really tries his best with the guests, everything seems dirty, especially the refrigerator..

A perfect option for a night before/after a flight
I stayed for a night before the flight, and it was very nice! The host is very friendly and helpful, he showed me around personally. Everything in the house worked well - AC, toilet, shower, kitchen. Also a perfect connection with the airport, with a free night bus.

На редкость удобный вариант для транзита и поездки в центр
Оказалась в неприятной ситуации в аэропорту, и возможность в считанные минуты найти жилье неподалеку с моментальным подтверждением стало спасением. Хозяин встретил на остановке автобуса, все время был на связи. Квартира чистейшая. Из трех комнат с общей кухней и санузлом. Кровать была удобной. И хотя это окраина города, локация позволяет с удобством доехать до Белграда на воде и до центральной части города. До (из) аэропорта около 10 минут езды. Самолеты не помешали хорошо выспаться. Для меня это жилье и его душевный владелец стало спасительной таблеткой.
