Hanoi Cozy Legend Hotel

The front desk lady was so helpful and kind, she allowed us to put our bags with her after checking out, because our flight was at night, so we enjoyed our time while our bags are secured with her.

Genuinely, this was easily the greatest hospitality I have ever experienced. The owner was incredibly nice, late check-in was no problem at all. She showed me a Banh Mi shop close by and organized a very cheap taxi to the airport. When I was waiting to go to the airport she even shared her and her husband’s dinner with me.

I stayed only one night on my way to the Hanoi international airport in this little hotel. The owner, I assume, is a lovely and friendly woman that welcomed us into the hotel upon our arrival. The communication was friendly. The hotel is well positioned a few minutes walk from the Hoan Kiem Lake and the Old Quarter. The price for the night was very fair, and the area was decently quiet at night.

I booked a Standard King Room but upon arrival I got a different one (no balcony, closet or hangers, it was smaller and it looked completely different from the photos). To be fair, I realized this only later after the check-in, and since I only booked for one night I didn't want to make a fuzz about it and I only highlighted this fact before leaving. I believe that this was arranged quickly because the other rooms were already sold out and because I only stayed one night. I would however recommend everybody to check proactively whether the assigned rooms are correct or not.
