The incredible view and the fact that it’s in a quiet area between the busy Tanjung and Ferennghi beach. The service oriented staff is also great
Due to the remote location you depend on transportation (grab) which is OK most of the times. However during busy moments like local public holidays grab can become an issue. Options to reach by foot are limited.

The sea view from the common area is awesome.
Our room had a window with a sea view too.
Nothing to dislike.
Just a recommendation: Maybe can add an autogate system for the main gate.

easy to find location. very private. provides refrigerator, hot water and iron on the ground floor. Large table on each floor can sit and eat and chat. for family room it is very large and comfortable. Instructions from the management are also good, and clear.
The central space is quite empty with little decoration so when talking very loudly the voice echoes.

The staff and the owner. It’s clean although the facilities provided is basic
It’s using stair for second floor and above. Need to open n close the gate manually everytime we want to go out or entering the house
