    1. Booked & paid villa with 5rooms but restricted to use 1 room(glass room) 2.. TV and air-conditioner in the living hall are faulty Both the TV and the air-conditioner in the hall are not usable. 3. Third-floor air-conditioner is not functioning. The air-conditioner on level 3 is completely not working. 4. Fan provided but remote control is not working There is a fan available, however the remote control does not function, making it inconvenient to use. 5. No soap, shampoo provided in all bathrooms None of the bathrooms have soap. Basic toiletries like soap should be provided in any homestay. 6. Kitchen is not usable Although a kitchen is available, it cannot be used as the cooking facilities are not functioning. 7. Many bathroom doors are damaged Several bathroom doors are broken and do not function properly, affecting privacy and comfort. 8. Cleanliness is not there. Quite dusty

    The price is not match with the facilities provided. The gate is broken and need to pull with your bare hands. The owner asking for RM500 deposit, but only return RM350 with the reason my family use the glassroom which he claimed locked but it is unlocked when we were there. There are no additional pax, I have already mentioned 8 adults and 4 kids, but he keep mentioned they charge for additional pax, which is not true. We even left the unit clean like before we checked in. This is the most worst holiday trip ever in my life. The owner wants to make easy money by find a stupid fault by the user, and deductiong the deposit. I dont think this is their first time use this trick from others, deduct deposit. Their facilities not even that good with defects everywhere, not sure what they use the burnt deposit for. I think for sure it is not for maintenance because everything is so rotten, old and not maintained at all. Should be not in anyone go-to-list, even not in the last option. Beware of this kind of scammer.
