One can see that the management has made an effort to provide a good experience. The family is lovely and helpful. The fridge in the room is a plus and allows for long stays. Close to the cliffs, the tram and bus line 3 into town. Convenience stores close. I slept moderately well with earplugs.

the room was nice & cosy after travelling all day had fridge, microwave & everything need to cook & relax...
will definitely stay again....
couldn't figure out how to connect to WiFi on tv after travelling all day will figure it out next time..

Staff don't bother you, can come and go as you please and you arnt mithered.
Shower pressure and temprature works sometimes. Fridge makes a noise most of the time.

It was nice and quiet at nights
The small fridge in the room was a nice thought.
Was clean
Only had enough crockery for one , the shower door was broken so we couldn’t use it
When we got there the manager just showed us to our room and then just walked away , didn’t know where we had to go to speak to someone if we had to get things sorted.
Also to many stairs could have done with a little bed side table or ledge on one side of bed as t used the fridge my partner had no where to put his drinks at nighttime
