The place was very spacious and clean.
The host was very helpful and flexible on our requests.
The person who lives downstairs was a bit sensitive about the sound, and we needed to be cautious about any noise we make.

Wir haben fünf wunderbare Tage in diesem Appartement verbracht und sind begeistert. Durch die zentrale und perfekte Lage kann man alles innerhalb kurzer Zeit zu Fuß erreichen. Wenn man möchte, kann man auch die sehr nahe gelegenen U-Bahn Stationen Repubblica und Termini nutzen. Um Rom in allen Facetten kennenzulernen, ist die Wohnung als Ausgangspunkt ideal. Die Wohnung ist sauber und gut eingerichtet. Der Vermieter Giorgio ist ein außergewöhnlich aufmerksamer und zuvorkommender Gastgeber.
Giorgio gab uns auch einige Insider Empfehlungen für Restaurants oder Cafés, die hier die Römer gerne besuchen. Wir können das Appartement komplett weiter empfehlen.

The apartment is conveniently located near Termini Station and within easy access to major attractions. Several restaurants are near by as well as a grocery store. Transit is also right out front. The 2 bedroom apartment is spacious, safe, secure and comfortable. Elevator access right to the door. The host is very nice, accommodating and helpful. Would definitely stay again if ever back in Rome.
Kitchen is well equipped with a four person tall dining table but there is no living room area to relax after walking all day to see the sights. One of the two beds was very firm.

The location is absolutely fabulous, the apartment is very clean and feels very safe.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms and a kitchen area. The large double bedroom would have originally been the lounge, facing out onto the main road, therefore it is very noisy with traffic pretty much all through the night and above restaurants & a bus stop. It's a great place for adults just sleeping and making a coffee in the morning, however, it's a little bit sparse for families with children. Also the shower couldn't keep warm long enough for 4 people, so we split washing 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening.
