Location was good. Property was clean and maintained.
No lift. Carrying luggage to 2nd floor was inconvenient.

La struttura si trova a pochissima distanza dalla stazione Termini e dalla metro (linea A e B), rendendo semplice e rapido raggiungere la maggior parte delle destinazioni. Anche per chi preferisce spostarsi a piedi, molti dei principali monumenti sono comodamente accessibili. L’ambiente è pulito, accogliente e curato nei dettagli. Il proprietario si è dimostrato estremamente disponibile, permettendoci anche di lasciare i bagagli prima dell’orario di check-in ed essendo sempre facilmente reperibile telefonicamente. Sicuramente tornerò!

Very well kept furnitures, comfortable bed, clean apartment equipped with all necessary tools. Easy check in and good communication with the host.
Only a suggestion: it would be nice to find more variety of teas and herbal teas as well as basic condiments (e.g. olive oil, salt, etc).
