Room temperature was turned to automatic heat based on specific date during the year. Although, outdoor temperature very hot, no AC??? The property information clearly indicated functioning AC at the time of booking which was even confirmed by one of the staff members. Were asked to open windows to get air in however area was extremely noisy and excessively loud with cars, bars nearby and general noise, so could not stay asleep for long. But who needs to sleep at a hotel right? Honest advice: please don’t waste your time and money at this property as it doesn’t allow you to live in it like it was your own home. We did not receive in services what we paid for. One highlight notably worth mentioning was a staff member named Cem (pronounced Gem) who was the only one that went out of his way on every occasion and truly was a Gem so many thanks to him. The staff only gets a 2 as the overall service level was very disproportionate.

It was like a service-apartment kind. Very spacious with living room, kitchen with basic tools like pots, pans & cutlery, glassware and mugs, bathroom and bedroom. It was generous of them to offer a complimentary snack basket. The room was clean with good interior design. I enjoyed my stay. If you'd like to do early check-in & late check-out, there is an extra cost. You can ask them for further details.
