    I was very disappointed with this stay. I booked 2 Queen Rooms, which should clearly accommodate 4 persons, but because I selected 2 persons during booking, the hotel insisted on charging extra for the other 2 guests. I contacted Agoda for help, but both Agoda and the hotel claimed this was “hotel policy” — yet no policy was ever shown. This felt unfair and misleading. On top of that, the hotel was extremely noisy at night due to nearby nightclubs. Loud music continued until 3–4 a.m., making it almost impossible to rest. The location made things worse. The hotel is on a steep hill, so reaching it requires climbing uphill, and the room was very small, adding to the overall discomfort. This experience was frustrating and exhausting. If I had known all of this, I would never have booked this hotel.

    Everything was amazing the staff is very friendly specially Khaled he is very helpful, polite and professional. The location is very close to Istiklal Street, the metro, and all shops and services. The hotel very clean and when I told them about any little issues they solved it immediately. Some minor noise at night from the restaurants but it doesn't affect the quality of the hotel. Tanks a lot I’ll go to PERA CAPITOL HOTEL next time inshaallah
