The location of the accommodation is excellent. Near restaurants and convenience stores just 1 minute, far from the shopping mall, just 2 minutes from the parking lot. The room has all the cooking equipment, very clean and new. I slept comfortably. The sofa can be adjusted to sleep. And most importantly, there is a very large balcony. The room is very clean and smells very good when I checked in. The owner of the house is very good. It is worth the price. I will definitely go back there again.

Stayed here for London Marathon weekend, which I was participating in. Decent location for this, as you can access the ExCel centre (for registration) in around 30 minutes and the start line in around 45-60 minutes.
Easy access to DLR station Langdon Park. Tesco around 3 minutes walk.
Only very small points.
There was some kind of air freshener which didn't smell that nice. The extractor fan in the shower room didn't turn on, so the room gets quite steamy.
These are minor issues and shouldn't dissuade anyone from considering this rental.

ottima posizione vicino alla metro, tranquilla e sicura, casa grande con 3 stanze da letto, soggiorno con TV grande, e cucina, dotata di tutti gli accessori.
Letti comodi e grandi. Personale gentile e disponibile.
il bagno troppo piccolo per una casa con 3 stanze da letto e il giardino incolto.
Inoltre gli infissi sono vecchi e non ottutiscono i rumori
