We were greeted by a lovely member of staff when we got there. She very easily moved our room to a more suible room due to disabilities. We loved that we had a garden and the kitchen facilities had everything we needed.
We dont have any really complaints. The sliding garden door was a bit tricky to lock.

Location was a bit put of the way I had to take taxis which were expensive. Not that near to the venue
Centra wharf is misleading I expected a big building but this was a house

Great location for 02. Easy to find, very reasonable price Small apartments buy everything you need for a night or two. Have stayed here twice now and would not hesitate to use again

The host was very helpful after our original accommodation fell through, we booked on the way to the location, for a 3 night stay. The host contacted us and gave us clear booking in information and was very friendly. The room was very clean but basic. A bed, a wardrobe, kitchenette and private bathroom. On our second day the room was tidied and fresh towels left for us. The cleaner was very friendly and helpful.
The room we had was nothing like the photos and was small. It was basic but fine if you only need a bed and not much room. As with most places in London, it was a bit noisy but we did sleep ok.
