Great location once you found the key!
Brutally hot with no air con. Wanted to wash clothes but machine was full of bedding so wasn’t sure if we could use it.

Spotlessly clean. Spacious, good value.
Sofa, because it's a sofa bed, isn't comfortable. The beds were really comfortable.

The hosts were very helpful and friendly. Information given was comprehensive and clear. Location was excellent for our purpose and very close to a DLR station. Relatively clean and enough towels provided. Beds were generally comfortable. Good water pressure and nice, hot water. Heating in the appartment worked fine.
The accomodation could use an upgrade. Cabinets and windows did not close properly, some mold in the bathroom. Overall it looked a bit “tired”. The mattress protector had plastic in it which made sleeping noisy, very hot and sweaty. There are some simple improvements that would really enhance the guests’ experience. Provide a proper coffee maker, a clean scouring sponge, individual coffee/tea/sugar packets instead of loose product in bowls which is not very hygienic.
