Good location

Worst stay in Greece ever and here’s why. 1. NIGHT CLUBS NEARBY. Something we weren’t aware of beforehand is that this place is close to a few nights clubs (one of which is an outdoor one). We were woken up by the music in the middle of night and notified the host immediately. He came on the next day to check up on us and to bring us sweets apologizing for the previous night. He assured us that this is taken care of and that a report was filed to the police. Most unfortunate thing is - the host pretended he didn’t know where the music is coming from. The second night we were woken up again by the music around 2:30 AM, couldn’t sleep up until the morning due to the loud noise and unfortunately, the windows didn’t do much to isolate the noise from outside. Needless to say, we left this place way more tired than we came. 2. LATE CHECK IN. We arrived around 2:40 PM and we were told by the host every ten minutes that the apartment will be ready in 5 minutes. We walked in after 3:20 PM and if we knew we’re about to wait for 40 minutes for the apartment to be cleaned outside during the hottest part of the day. 3. ROOMS ARE SMALLER IN REALITY. The pictures of the apartment were taken in a way that makes them look bigger. In reality, they’re like small boxes with ceilings that are shorter than anything else we’ve seen in Greece and Europe. Example: the ceilings are 2.1 meters tall (normal 2.8), and the bathroom +toilet are about 1.5 m2 (normal 4-5m2)

Perfect place, location, clean, relaxing.

We had a truly delightful stay at this apartment! Everything was spotlessly clean, and both the bed and sofa offered exceptional comfort—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. We didn’t get the chance to use the kitchen, it was clearly fully equipped with everything one might need. Also we could enjoy the pool outside.A well-maintained and cozy place that we would gladly return to! I wish we would stay longer! Next time!

ΦΑΝΤΑΣΤΙΚΟ

Το flaneur Ειναι ενα ολοκαινουριο πολυτελες καταλυμμα μολις 500m απο το κεντρο της Καλλιθεας σε πολυ ησυχη γειτονια. Ο υπνος ηταν πολυ αναπαυτικος, το διαμερισμα άνετο & διεθετε οσα χρειαζομουν . Χαλαρωσα στη δωρεαν πισινα του συγκροτηματος και απολαυσα το κρασι μου στο μπαλκονι . Η θαλασσα ειναι μολις 800μετρα και τα νερα ειναι καταγαλανα! Ο οικοδεσποτης ηταν πολυ φιλικος και μας κατατοπισε για την περιοχη και τις δραστηριοτητες. Συγχαρητηρια για την αστραφτερη καθαριοτητα !! Το προτεινω ανεπιφυλακτα. συντομα θα το ξανα επισκεφτω για περισσοτερες ημερες.

Der Aufenthalt hat uns gefallen

Fußläufig war der Supermarkt, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie kleine Boutiquen und Restaurant super erreichbar in nur einigen hundert Metern. Der Strand war in ca 15 min zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft ist ruhig gelegen.

Das Zimmer war sehr hellhörig, sonst war alles wie auf den Bildern abgebildet und der Service vor Ort war gut. Das Licht auf der Terasse ist leider die Nacht über angeblieben, dadurch war das Zimmer trotz Vorhängen etwas zu hell.

Çok başarılı bir konaklama

Öncelikle konumu harika. Kaldığımız 5 gün boyunca istediğimiz her yere rahatlıkla ulaştık. Restaurantlar, marketler, plaj yürüme mesafesinde. Biz arabalarla her gün farklı bir plaja gitmeyi tercih ettik. Minas’ın önerileri bu konuda çok yardımcı oldu. Odalarda eşyalar çok yeni ve temiz. İstenilen tüm imkanlar mevcut. Mutfakta, tost makinesi, su ısıtma cihazı, kahve makinası, buzdolabı, ocak bulunuyor. İki odada da klima var. Biz iki balkonlu odayı tercih ettik. İkinci balkonda havuzu yandan gören şezloglar ve masa bulunuyor. Deniz dönüşü havuzun tadını da çıkarabilirsiniz. Ayrıca dinlenmeniz için havuzda mevcut. Arabası olanlar için hem apartın otoparkından küçük bir ücret karşılığı yararlanabilirsiniz, hem de valizlerinizi kapının önünden içeri alabilirsiniz. Otopark dolu ise yakın çevrede araç bırakabilirsiniz. Bunların hepsinin dışında, bir çok yerde kalan bir insan olarak, ev sahibi Minas muhteşem bir konukseverlik gösteriyor. Dilediğiniz her saatte size yeme - içme - yüzme ve bir çok konuda çok içten bir şekilde yardımcı oluyor. Ayrıca odaya girdiğimizdeki minik süprizi içinde ayrıca buradan teşekkür ederiz. Kallithea bölgesinde kalacaksanız kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Bizim içinde bir sonraki seçeneğimiz burası olacak.

Апартаменти 85 м, двохрівневі 2/3 поверх. На 2 пов: дит спальня, санвузол, пральня, кухня вітальня( мікрохв., 2 холод. тостер, кавомашинка, чайник) і тераса на якій обідали. 3 поверх - дві спальні і два санвузла. У кімнаті велике ліжко, шафа, комод. У всіх кімнатах та в кухні є кондиціонер. Гігієнічні та миючі засоби все в наявності. Фени і праска також. Господарі дуже уважні, у нас була проблема зі швидкістю інтернету, так як працюємо онлайн, нам її вирішили зробили підключення напряму через порти. На території є стоянка платна 7єв/ доба. Басейн і лежаки. До моря 10-12 хв пішки, море бірюзове і чистеньке, поряд хвойні дерева, що надають особливого запаху. Спуск до моря східцями або можна підʼїхати вниз машиною, та ці спуски особливість усієї Каллітеї
