Sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Klein, aber fein, sauber und ordentlich, idyllisch und ruhig gelegen ( Flughafennähe kaum merklich...Nachtflugverbot) Gut ausgestattete Küche, alles da, großzügige Räumlichkeit zum Essen und Verweilen.Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, vielfache Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Dienstleistungen, sowie Gastronomie nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Vermieter angenehm freundlich, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Genialer Ausgangspunkt, um Hamburg vollumfänglich kennenzulernen.

In unserem Zimmer wäre es mehr Ablage-Möglichkeit wünschenswert, ein Wandboard würde schon sehr hilfreich sein.

Fajna lokalizacja, około 7 minut od stacji metra na pieszo. 25 minut do samego centrum miasta i dworca.

Niestety, jeśli będziecie chcieli przyjąć prysznic wieczorem lub wcześnie rano, to z przykrością informuję, że będzie to mocno zimna woda (, szooda.

Excellente situation pour ce que nous en attendions.

Pour le reste, nous partageons la plupart des avis (que nous avons malheureusement consultés après avoir réservé). Wc commun situé un étage plus bas, salle de bain commune étroite, malcommode, douche à rideau plastique, serviettes des clients mélangées. Pour la chambre le lit de 140 cm est inférieur au standard allemand (alors qu'il y a de la place), la literie est médiocre et l'insonorisation également. Les poubelles (WC, salle de bain, chambre) ne sont pas vidées. Les miroirs ne sont pas fixés au mur, si bien qu'on ne voit que ses pieds... Le propriétaire (ou locataire) intervient en permanence, campe dans le logement avec sa couette selon les chambres libres (!) et on a vraiment l'impression de vivre chez lui : linge qui sèche dans l'escalier et dans la salle à manger... Ce type d'hébergement, malgré son prix, ne devrait pas être proposé sur Booking.

- Nähe zum Zentrum von HH-Niendorf, mit U-Bahn etc. sowie zum Flughafen (bei unserem Aufenthalt keine Fluggeräusche zu hören). - Haus war neueren Datums. - Für kurzen Aufenthalt, oder wenn man günstiges WG-Wohnen mag, ist diese Unterkunft zu empfehlen.

- Nutzung eines Gemeinschaftsbades (haben wir im Vorfeld in der Anzeige leider überlesen) - Baustelle im Haus (mit Filz abgeklebte Holztreppe, bei vorgeschriebener Nutzung von nicht personalisierten Filzhausschuhen) war nicht vorab kommuniziert worden. - Lediglich 1 Nachtisch + 1 Lampe für die Nacht - an einem Doppelbett - Pflegeprodukte, wie in der Anzeige beschrieben, waren nicht ersichtlich. - Anzahl Handtücher sehr begrenzt. - offensichtliche Mitnutzung des Privatbereichs des Vermieters nicht vorab in der Anzeige ersichtlich.

Lage in der Einflugschneise des Hamburger Flughafen, in der Original Beschreibung nicht erwähnt, dass das Zimmer keine eigenes Bad und/oder WC hat. Schuhe müssen am Eingang ausgezogen werden Treppe war mit Vlies belegt wegen interner Arbeiten, dadurch Rutschgefahr, besonders ohne Schuhe Zimmer karg, nur ein Stuhl, Kleiderschrank,Bett, a

Ein Zimmer in Niendorf, nicht mehr & nicht weniger

Der Gastgeber war freundlich und flexibel, so konnte ich z.B. den Schlüssel bereits mittags vor der offiziellen Check-in Zeit abholen. Für den Besuch einer Veranstaltung in der Fußgängerzone von Niendorf liegt die Unterkunft super, da es nur 5 Gehminuten sind. Es sind kostenlose Parkplätze vor der Tür vorhanden. Im Zimmer gibt es einen geräumigen Schrank mit Kleiderbügeln und Stauraum sowie einer zusätzlichen Decke für kältere Nächte.

Nach der Beschreibung bei Booking hatte ich den Eindruck, dass es sich um eine Art Einliegerwohnung handelt, da in der ersten Zeile "WC / Badewanne oder Dusche" steht. Erst 3 Zeilen weiter steht dann "Gemeinschafts-WC / Gemeinschaftsbad". OK, mein Fehler, das hatte ich nicht mehr gelesen, bei einem Preis von EUR 63 aber auch ehrlich gesagt nicht erwartet. Die Gästezimmer sind übrigens im 1.Stock, das Gäste-WC ist im EG gleich an der Eingangstür, also auch nicht einfach mal nur "kurz über den Gang". Der Holzflur und die Treppe war zur Schonung mit Malerflies ausgelegt, trotzdem sollte ich die Schuhe ausziehen und in bereitgestellten Puschen rumlaufen. Und bei der Besichtigung des Gemeinschaftsbads wurde mir gezeigt, wo der Abzieher nach dem Duschen ist. Irgendwie hatte ich das Gefühl, dass man als Gast gestört hat und bloss nichts dreckig machen soll.

Insgesamt netter Hausbesitzer. Gute Übernachtungsmöglichkeit im Vergleich zum Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis. Empfehle es gern weiter und gebe eine positive Note ab.

Das Bett ist kleines bisschen zu eng für 2 Personen. Der Hausbesitzer macht sich manchmal zu viel sorgen, um die Ordnung bzw. die Regeln im Haus, was zwar in Ordnung ist, aber irgendwie auch selbstverständlich erscheint, wenn man einmal informiert wurde.
