Crystal Villa Weligama

Location & layout of the villa, pool & direct access on to the beach. The staff were amazing & special mention must go to Nishantha, he made our stay unforgettable, would definitely recommend & hopefully return 1 day.

Mattress was a little firm for me but that’s just being picky!

Amazing service and accomodation. Neranjana was most helpful and of good service from the moment I arrived to the moment I checked out. Excellent pool, good food. Right on the beach !!

The location was excellent and breakfast was good ,we had to wait 45 minutes for the chef to arrive. We were the only people staying there .

It was advertised as a four star hotel on your website and it was barely a three star . We were really dissapointed in the hotel and took lots of photos . Very tired old hotel .The bannister on our balcony was falling down and heavily eroded , pillows were mouldy ,no mattress protector on a very tired mattress, patchy paint on walls ,a pipe in the bathroom held together by sticky tape ,mould in the bathroom on the walls ,no hot water , animal excretment under the hand basin . We paid $134.41 AUD per night under your recommendation .Only $65 short of what we paid at Le Grand Galle which we could not fault!! The pool was murky . We booked quite a few hotels through booking.com this one failed miserably . I would like someone to contact me from booking.com and I can send some photos .
