La ubicación, las instalaciones y la limpieza del departamento excelentes.

The very personal and effective communication with the hosts was a great plus. They did everything to make you feel welcome and appreciated. The appartment was very clean and decorated tastefully with a lot of care and eye for detail and harmony of colours There were good written instructions for all apparatus and tools. Also very important: the rooms were good protected against musquitos (by window screens) and the airco worked well (36 degrees Celcius outside). The location is very good if you like to visit the papal palace and astronomic observatory.

Since the appartment is nearby a street and the town centre there was sometimes a bit or shirt noise of traffic (mostly evening night or in the starting working morning hours in the morning) or some homecoming people. But less then expected and did not disrupt sleep during night hours. There was no noise of neigbouring appartments. The beautiful lake is about 20-25 minutes walk if you don't have a car. There is no bus or taxi going there or to bring you back. Walking uphill from the lake, and also from the somewhat higher, utrainstation, is rather tiring if it is very warm and if you have a lot of luggage. Special warning: there are no separate twin beds; the kingsizebed does not seem suited for that So check your search filters for 'separate beds' every time you search at the booking,com site. Otherwise you have to improvise with a sleeping- or sheetbag of your own, or sleep on the couch in the living room, to get more privacy (if you hit this appartment accidentally when searching).

Appartamento molto carino e dotato di tutto. Il proprietario Mario ci ha lasciato il necessario per la colazione, una bottiglia di vino di benvenuto e persino un regalo al momento della partenza ❤️

Prachtig appartement midden in de stad. De enorme gastvrijheid van Mario, de eigenaar, die ons vooraf allerlei info appte, maar bij wie we ook tijdens ons verblijf terecht konden met allerlei vragen. Bij binnenkomst werden we verrast met een welkomstattentie. Het appartement was van alle gemakken voorzien en aan alles was gedacht. Fantastisch! Als we t.z.t. naar Rome gaan nemen we wederom dit appartement vanwege de goede treinverbinding met die stad.
