L'emplacement est idéal: la localisation et la vue font le charme de l'endroit. Il s'agit d'un appartement spacieux, esthétiquement bien aménagé et agréable. Bon rapport qualité/prix.
Certains équipements sont de mauvaise qualité, voire défectueux: la douche fuit abondamment, le canapé du salon est peu confortable, le matelas du lit est assez dur et la serrure de la porte d'entrée principale a du jeu.

Le logement est très agréable, très spacieux et très calme avec une belle vue mer - la proximité du front de mer permet de belles balades - plusieurs commerces (boulangerie , boucherie, poissonnerie,...) et restaurants sont facilement accessibles à pied.

Trés joli appartement, rénové tout récemment. Tout est neuf et confortable. Le quartier est calme : à 2 pas de la mer et du centre ville.
