Bright and cozy apartment on the first floor of a villa of the late 19th century.
TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: Discover the balcony of the sea. Built on a cliff AULT is a resort that has preserved its character of yesteryear. At the edge of the SUM BAY in AULT exceptional framework consists of three sites: Bourg d'Ault with her shopping street, his church, his mill, and its Lighthouse Cliffs, ONIVAL with its magnificent beach, its Hâble and WOOD CISE green gem overlooking the sea.
Many walks in perspective, discoveries reconciling man and nature and unforgettable sunsets. Victor Hugo fell in love with AULT and inspired some of his writings.
The sea, its waves, its changing colors and its spray will rock your day with the tides. At low tide, the extent of the sandy beach you will enjoy this unique space for swimming, fishing, and practice different water sports (windsurfing, jet ski, boat, dinghy).
Beach about 100 meters, children safe staying there.
EQUIPMENT: It is possible to take meals in the dining room or on the veranda overlooking Sea.
The Sea view rooms are equipped as follows: - The large bedroom, 140 cm bed, cot fully equipped - the second smaller room with 2 beds of 80 cm.
The living room has a sofa bed for 2 persons.
Each bed is equipped with pillows and duvets.
A high chair for children are available and a baby park.
The kitchen has electric: stove with oven, microwave, food processor, fridge with freezer, washing machine, dishwasher.
Also available a television, a DVD player, a CD player and radio receiver.
We specify that the toilet is separate from the shower room. This will be modernized in January 2015.
RATES: Low season: 300 € the week.
MID SEASON: 380 € the week.
HIGH SEASON: 400 € the week.
VERY HIGH SEASON: 490 € the week.
Overnight: 160 € for two nights. and € 40 from the third night.
House cleaning: 45 €
The deposit is set at 50% of the total amount.
A deposit of € 500 is payable at the beginning of the stay.
Note that any higher power consumption to 15 euros per weekend or week will be charged
