About this house rental
The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency is offering this charming house for rent in Ault, just 200 metres from the beach. It has a floor area of 80 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests. It comprises a 16 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room (with shower). Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!
The property is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor
- A 16 m² living room with a TV, a double sofa bed and a dining area
- A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob…
- A conservatory with a dining area
- A shower room with shower and toilet
Upstairs:
Access is via a narrow and fairly steep staircase.
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×190) with a toilet
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190)
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board.
Outside
- A 20 m² terrace, facing east and furnished so you can make the most of sunny days.
The house is ideally situated in Ault, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market…

- Onival Beach, 200 m away
- Sightseeing (Saint-Pierre Church, Ault Lighthouse, etc.)

If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the house.

- Nearest railway station: Tréport–Mers-les-Bains, approximately 10 km away
- Nearest airport: Paris Beauvais, approximately 100 km away

- Pets are allowed, subject to a supplement of €15 per stay, for one pet only (cat or dog). Please specify this when booking
