A localização é perfeito, ao lado do HCor, com supermercado na frente, restaurantes e lanchonetes ao lado. Próximo ao shopping Pátio Paulista. Portaria muito cuidadosa e segura. Chuveiro e camas boas.
Apartamento muito pequeno para 4 pessoas, não há espaço para por as malas e quando o sofa-cama está aberto, não há como circular no apartamento. Os utensílios de cozinha são muito limitados, não há o suficiente para 4 pessoas. Não recomendo para famílias, apenas para casais.

A localização, a acomodação, o atendimento do pessoal da recepção e o conforto são pontos fortíssimos, sem falar no precinho.
A parte de limpeza deixou a desejar, pois entre a estadia anterior e a minha, não foi feita uma higienização adequada, tinham utensílios sujos, na varanda tinham cacos de vidro e o chão estava cheio de brilho sendo que foi informado sobre a presença de um bebê, fora isso foi tudo bem.

Não cumpriu o combinado do Wi-Fi, que era fundamental para o meu trabalho. Passei a semana o reclamando e NÃO resolveram o problema.Tive um prejuízo financeiro enorme.
