Boa localização, quarto limpo, bom atendimento via whatsapp, inclusive algumas das reclamações que vinha visto nos comentários não ocorreu comigo, não tinha mau cheiro no quarto, ar condicionado e smart tv funcionando perfeitamente.
Colchão e travesseiro ruim, poucos utensílios de cozinha (por ex: tem apenas uma xícara de cafe), e o pior foi o falta de flexibilidade no check in e check out, inclusive não foi liberado a entrada para aguardar o horário do check in nem na recepção, tive que ficar na rua, sem falar que ta cada vez pior esses horários (check in as 15:00 e check out as 11:00, ou seja, uma diaria tem apenas 19h ao invés de 24h.

El apartamento es práctico y bien situado.
Te marean un poco con el check in previo, que, si estás viajando, es un poco complicado. Mal aislamiento de ruido de la habitación, aunque da a un patio interior, se escuchan muchos ruidos de la calle.

A localização é top e o espaço é confortável.
Cheiro de esgoto nos 5 quartos que aluguei, água da pia não desce deixando resíduos na pia, sem reposição de papel higiênico.
