SP Stays Be Paulista

Location. It’s super close to Shopping Pátio Paulista and Paulista Ave.

My room needs updating.

Location of the apartment. For people who books this hotel, the Shopping Patio Paulista mall has multiple entrances. One of them faces R. Maestro Cardim, which is like 3 minutes from the apartment. And the other entrances of the mall brings you right to Paulista.

The host is passive aggressive. It was a HELL of an experience to ask her for help. She was all correct, but it was a show. We don't speak Portuguese, but the Whatsapp number was a bot that only types Portuguese. It was annoying that it keeps sending us apps days before our stay. The host seems to forget us after every contact (minutes in between). She didn't communicate to the the security man (local man who only speaks Portuguese) who prohibit us from entering. She wouldn't try to understand the situation we are in. We left feeling helpless, awkward and looking like idiots in the cold (15 celsius). We pay extra for a better room for 2 persons. But it was not the same as in the pictures. The fridge was a small one. There is no washing machine. The room was too small. And I couldn't get the AC to work. And of course I didn't call them for help, cause I want no passive aggressive lady to ruin my holiday any more.

Very close to the mall and av paulista!

The loudness from 23 de maio and the fact that not all the rooms have washing machine and a complete kitchen as it shows on the pictures!

Location and swimming pool

Flat is small and not comfortable. Look smaller than the pics. Kitchen utensils were broken like coffee machine glass.
