A localização é excelente. O predio é seguro e os funcionários atenciosos.
O apartamento está mal conservado. Lençois velhos, papel de parede rasgado, móveis estragados… precisa de uma renovação.

Gostei das instalações, em geral. O chuveiro é muito bom e as duas camas são confortáveis.
O sofá cama está com o estofado muito ruim, o fogão não está funcionando e o fogão elétrico de duas bocas não dá conta. Tem pouquíssimos talheres e apenas uma xícara de chá. Esses pontos foram decepcionantes.

Apt faltando utensílios, conforto e manutenção do apt faltando mais zelo. Sofá não confortável. Camas não confortáveis. Luz no quarto queimada. Só a luz em cima da cama acendia.
