Problemas com entupimento no banheiro

The kitchen appliances were adequate, the building is commendably quiet, the ergonomic office chair is well suited to study and work, and the concierge security and cleaning staff are exemplary.

Firstly, the bathroom emits a foul odour, most distinctly of putrid fish. I have previously requested assistance with this, yet no action appears to have been taken. The malodour from the bathroom is, without question, the most disagreeable aspect of my residence here. Secondly, the curtains are fixed in place and are of the blackout variety, leaving me no means of admitting natural light during the daytime.

I was bothered twice by two different men claiming to be from a company called 360suites. The first person entered the apartment without knocking; luckily, the internal lock was blocking access. I complained to the host and also to the building superintendent, but neither of them explained whether he was an authorized person or not. The fact is that this 360suites no longer works with the host, which is very strange, since he knew the door code and entered without knocking. I had to change the door code for security reasons. Days later, another man came to the apartment, claiming to be from the same 360suites, saying he was going to change the linens. This time, the person rang the doorbell, but again neither the host nor the building management could explain what it was about.

Não gostei da experiência. Ao chegar no apartamento percebi que a minha tolha estava rasgada e falei com o anfitrião que me encaminhou para o atendimento, o atendimento queria cobrar R$50,00 por duas toalhas e um cobertor. Primeiro me disse que o cobertor tinha uma taxa de R$20,00, depois me disse que era R$35,00 ou R$80,00. Apos eu falar que as rolhas estavam rasgadas e dizer que colocaria na avaliação o anfitrião veio me dizer desaforos. O pessoal do atendimento resolveu educadamente mas o anfitrião foi super deselegante. Péssima experiência.
