My home is within a 15 mins drive to downtown Seattle, 10 mins to Ballard & Fremont, and 20 mins to Capitol Hill and Space Needle. Perfect for groups to explore Seattle and relax in a quiet home.

Beautiful 2-level 2200 sq ft single family home with a main home, and a back home, with combined 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and 2 living rooms. We are 15 mins ride to all of Seattle's best attractions including Capitol Hill, Pike Place market, Space needle.
This is the perfect place for all groups to immerse themselves in the central vibe of Seattle and work from home.
This beautiful luxury home offers high-end amenities! Relax at the end of your day in spacious living room w/ high end furniture. The property includes free three car parking in driveway and plenty of street parking!

Please treat my home with respect as you would your own home. I live in this home a few months a year and happy to share my home with you when I'm not. Thank you!
- No Parties / Loud Music (please be respectful of the neighbors and the community)
- No Pets Allowed. There will be a $150/day fine until the pet is removed from premises. Additional charges may apply to clean the home and for any damages. I reserve the right to cancel the reservation at any time if a pet is brought to the home.
- Since not all guests utilizes the grill, the cleaning fee does not include the grill. Please note there is a $75/ grill cleaning fee if grills are used.
- No access to mailbox: We don't have access to USPS mailbox. All deliveries need to be at the doorstep. Please make sure to have it delivered only while you are present at home to not inconvenience guests before/after you, and prevent lost packages/theft.
- Must be 25+ years old to rent.
- For security purposes, please upload a copy of your photo ID within 48 hours of booking or immediately for last minute bookings. I reserve the right to cancel if this is not provided.
