Great potential, poor delivery.

Location is great, the property is fully furnished with a lot of things. Spacious and airy garden and living room with amazing views to the city.

The responsiveness from the host could have been better. There are many amenities in the house, but some of them are not usable: it is advertised that the coffee is provided, but there is nothing to make it with - capsule machine was broken and never replaced and the filter coffee machine was just nasty and not usable. Washing machine is mouldy and smells bad so you can't really use that either. In the facilities it is mentioned an outdoor fireplace that you apparently cannot use - after the check-in we got the information that it is for "decoration only". Only one bed is good, the other ones are worn out and way too soft. Also, the water in one of the two bathrooms didn't work. We got the offer to get it fixed on the last day, but at that point it was just annoying to deal with all the small problems. I would not stay here again for the price they are asking.
