Great location in the old town, next to the castle. The manager was so helpful and the breakfast was really delicious. There was a lovely balcony with a great mountain view. Parking was available right next to the hotel.

The location is great, very close to the Gjirokaster Bazaar area, but at the same time it was far enough to be peaceful and away from the crowds and noise. The lady running the show was very welcoming and friendly.
While she was friendly, she couldn't speak much English, so communication was a problem. The facilities in the room were very basic. My bathroom was such that when I had a shower the whole bathroom got wet and the water temperature ran from hot to cold back to hot. And the house was so, so cold!! Despite the claim, there are no 24x7 facilities - there is no extra water, tea/coffee, anything left for guests to access and not a soul around to ask. I most certainly would not call this a hotel.
