A cozy motel located minutes away from the Famous Fremont Street Experience! In the heart of downtown Las Vegas, and around the corner from the arts district. Feel at home in our comfortable motel rooms, and see a fresh take on an older side of Vegas! Furnished, but minimal studio accommodations. King-sized bed facing a wall-mounted Smart TV for entertainment. Kitchenette with mini-fridge, microwave, and induction stovetop with pot/pan for food preparation. Attached private bathroom with shower. The motel is in downtown Las Vegas, and a minutes drive from the Fremont Street Experience, Downtown Container Park, and the Arts District. We are also a short drive from the Las Vegas Motor Speedway, Las Vegas Convention Center, and the Las Vegas Strip. We are also down the street from the Las Vegas Courthouse.

This property is close to Fremont Street. Great value for the money, the guy that checked us in was great and very nice about our needs!! Room was very clean, bed was comfortable and pillows good!! I would however do something about the water pressure in shower, it’s non existent. Other than that it’s a great place to stay!!

Kind of seems sketchy when you first pull in, but it was quiet an exceptionally clean and the wonderful person that helped us during our stay; made or trip to Vegas feel that much better.
