    Booked because we live in AZ, but my husband was having surgery at UMC, and I wanted to be close. Even though I let them know online I needed a wheelchair accessible room, apparently they didn't pay attention. If I had it to do again, I would have called them to confirm they had a good room. Unfortunately, he could barely get his wheelchair to the toilet and forgot about taking a shower. So I had to sponge bathe him, since he required special soap to be applied. My 2nd night after being at the hospital for 12 hrs, I was awoken by a very nasty security guard at 1:30 am telling me that no one was supposed to be in the room I was in and I had to leave it. WTAF!! Thankfully, the nice front desk lady took my ID, and the very nasty security guard that only belongs at a bar as a bouncer left my room. Turns out, of course, they made the error. I want to thank Dee, who made sure the remainder of my stay was perfect, and they comped my room for the obvious error on their part. My biggest takeaway is no one cares about the handicapped as they should. The room was amazing and clean, which was great. This hotel has no casino and seems to want to be a party hotel with music at the pool going every night, but not too late. I did appreciate that our room was much easier to get to than most hotels in Las Vegas. Wonderful coffee in the lobby every day, but unfortunately no microwave even though I had the King Suite room.

    Booked here for one night expecting the two-story motel by the pool shown in the photos. That is not what you get. Check-in was rough. The overnight front desk employee told me straight out that she hadn't been properly trained on their new system — she couldn't even tell me whether my room had one bed or two. That's not on her; management put in a new system and left the graveyard shift to figure it out alone. Then it got strange. After midnight I was sent across the parking lot and directed through an active nightclub to reach my room. Long line outside, heavy crowd, people drinking and smoking, a chaotic There was almost no signage or direction. I got past the club and had to ask a security guard where to go — he didn't tell me where the elevators were, just waved people through. Walking through a packed club at 1am to find your hotel room is not a normal hotel experience. The next morning I went downstairs and overheard security dealing with a guy who had been 86'd, trespassed, and had Metro police called on him multiple times. He was back on the property again. That did not leave me feeling secure about where I'd slept. If you want a quiet, standard hotel stay, this isn't it. The photos don't match the experience, staff aren't set up to succeed, and the access route through a nightclub plus the security situation made the whole night feel sketchy.

    Booked 2 nights for an event at the LV Motor Speedway. Check in was fast and easy on the kiosk. Upon entering the room, it smelled clean. However, it looked like the floors had not been cleaned in some time. There was a used tampon applicator on the floor in the bathroom. In someone’s defense, there was no trashcan in the bathroom. There was only one trashcan in the room by the door. After walking around for a few moments, the soles of our feet were black with dirt from the floor. I had to pick a splinter out of my partner’s foot. I will say the hotel is walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The first night, we had trouble sleeping because of so many people screaming and yelling outside. I am unsure if they were coming or going to the night club or unrelated. The second night was a bit quieter but the traffic noise is so loud. I would recommend the hotel add double pane windows to reduce noise. Overall, our stay was okay but I wouldn’t probably book here again.
