Our relaxed studio is nestled on the coast in the village of Hermanus in the suburb of Vermont, with sea views from your own private patio and also the communal deck and verandah. This idyllic location offers a perfect blend of serene village life and easy access to the landscapes that surround it.
The Botanical Studio accommodates up to 2 guests, featuring an extra-length queen bed, this awesome rental is perfect for guests seeking a peaceful and tranquil getaway.

Fully equipped solar electricity system - so no load shedding. Own entrance. Fully fenced.
The cozy bedroom features a comfortable extra length queen bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. An equipped kitchen with Nespresso Pod coffee machine, microwave, induction stove, toaster among other essentials. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer and a refreshing shower. Stay connected with WiFi throughout your stay.
Viewing deck is perfect for whale, seabird or dolphin watching. The verandah is the perfect spot for sundowners. Sea views in a tranquil neighborhood. Close to the beach. Green belt on one side. Your own private balcony with BBQ facilities and outdoor furniture for your comfort and enjoyment. All while watching the ocean from the comfort of your bed (or that balcony).There is a large private braai/BBQ.

The suite has its own entrance with a security gate. Access to the property is via electrified gates. These will work during load shedding as we have backup power.
