The location is excellent if you are looking for something close to the bar venues around Soi 94! A quant double storey house! Living downstairs, bedrooms upstairs!
The owner is very contactable! We had a small issue with the shower and she responded straight away and fixed the issue almost immediately! Very accommodating and pleasant
The house is close to music bars so if you are looking for a quiet place for a holiday, be aware

Very centrally located, a short walk to local bars and restarants. Beach was about 2-3km. WiFi and TV were excellent. Cooking facilities were adequate for simple meals. Very comfortable beds and sofa. Washing machine was put to good use.
Noise in the mornings from the local dogs and the cleaner in the bar playing music at 7am.

Very good long-term accommodation option, suitable for people who don't have a "thumb in the middle of the palm" I stayed for about one month
